MOBILE CITY, TEXAS

 
Mobile City is a city in Rockwall County, Texas. The population was 188 at the 2010 census. It currently has the highest population density for any city in Texas, and is the only Texas city that is on the highest population densities of American cities list. It currently ranks 74th on the list, and has the lowest population for any city on that list. It is tied with Poplar Hills, Kentucky as the smallest city by total area on the list. 

Mobile City consists of a mobile home park, liquor store, and convenience store. 

Originally a mobile home park outside of city limits, it was incorporated on January 25, 1990, so that a beer/wine/liquor store could open.

OAKBROOK TERRACE, ILLINOIS AND OAKBROOK TERRACE TOWER



Oakbrook Terrace is a suburb of Chicago located in DuPage County. The population in 2018 was estimated to be 2,119. Oakbrook Terrace has a total area of 1.278 square miles. Oakbrook Terrace is the smallest town in DuPage County in terms of both area and population.

Oakbrook Terrace Tower is an octagonal 31-story office building located in the city of Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. It was built in 1987 and is 418-feet tall. Oakbrook Terrace Tower is the tallest building in Illinois outside of the City of Chicago.

Oakbrook Terrace was originally named Utopia, a name suggested by a postmaster. The name Oakbrook Terrace was adopted in November 1959.

JUST ROOM ENOUGH ISLAND



Just Room Enough Island, also known as Hub Island, is located in the Thousand Islands chain of the Saint Lawrence River in New York state.

Just Room Enough Island has a land area of approximately 3,300 square feet. The island has a house, a tree shrub, and a small beach. It is the smallest inhabited island in the world.

The island is owned by the Sizeland family, who purchased it in the 1950’s.


Just Room Enough Island lies on the Saint Lawrence River between Heart Island and Imperial Isle, close to the U.S. border with Canada

KALAWAO COUNTY, HAWAII



Kalawao County is the smallest county in the United States both by population (88) and land area (53 sq mi). The county encompasses the Kalaupapa or Makanalua Peninsula on the north coast of the island of Molokai. The small peninsula is isolated from the rest of Molokai by sea cliffs over a quarter-mile high. The only access to Kalawao County is by air, or by steep mule trail that descends 1,600 feet from the rest of Molokai.

MOUNT WHCHEPROOF - SMALLEST MOUNTAIN IN THE WORLD


The smallest mountain in the world is the little-known Mount Wycheproof at 141 feet above the surrounding terrain. However, the mountain stands 486 feet above the sea level. The mountain is located in Terrick Terrick Range in Australia. The range is in the small town of Wycheproof, Victoria. It can also be said that the town is located on the summit of the mountain. Wycheproof has a population of approximately 789 people.
