The Liebian Building is a 397-foot tall multi-purpose
skyscraper located in Guiyang, southern China. Rushing down the exterior of
the building is a 350-foot tall artificial waterfall powered by four pumps. The
waterfall costs $118 an hour to run, and as such, is only used on special
occasions.
